To Advertise on Leahs.com

I run several websites like this one, all based in different parts of the United States. The others all see thousands of visitors every day, year-in and year-out, downloading thousands of pages every day. All in all, we're talking more than 5 million visitors and more than 12 million downloaded pages (in 2009). Leahs.com is my newest addition, and if you poke around in it a bit, you'll see that I'm still adding data (March, 2010). When finished, this site should be getting upwards of one million visitors per year, and serving up between two and four million pages.

While building the site, I use ads from common ad-servers like Google (context-targeted), Chitika (search-targeted) and Infolinks (in-text, keyword-targeted) to finance my construction efforts. After construction is complete I will still use them to fill available ad space on pages where I haven't sold my own ads yet, but all the spaces where you might see those ads are available to paying advertisers who are interested in getting into my traffic flow.

On many pages, a 728x90 banner ad will cost $200 per year... but some pages see much more traffic and similar ads on those pages can run up to $1,000 per year. My prices are based on what I earn from Google (and others) on those pages, and as I place my own sold ads on those pages, the Google (and other) ads come out.
