Blackhawk Ranch #27

#27 is a well treed property in the northeastern part of the ranch. There are big views in all directions. The tree cover is a mix of pinon, oak, and cedar. With this tree cover you can get good views and still have lots of privacy. There are also game trails all over the place with lots of elk duds and deer beans on the ground (as in the photo to the right).

There is a driveway already cut to the flat mesa top which is the high point on the property. There are some meadow areas around the bottom of the property but they aren't large enough to call them "pasture." Power is in along the main access road at the foot of the driveway and the property is near enough to the Interstate corridor that cell phones work pretty well.
