Silver Spurs Ranch

Silver Spurs Ranch is composed mostly of 35+ acre properties beginning about 5 miles south of Walsenburg on Ideal Canyon Road. There is also a southern entrance to the ranch through the ghost town of Pryor. The views are excellent everywhere in the rolling countryside of the ranch. As you can see from these photos, the ranch is a mix of meadows, pinons, cedars and other pines, making for excellent horseback riding. There's also lots of wildlife out here and plenty of history: the old coal camps of Ideal, Hezron and Rouse #3 are on this ranch.

Silver Spurs Ranch has an active Property Owners Association with Protective Covenants and annual dues of $295 (primarily to cover road maintenance and snow plowing).
