Parcel #2 is 52.5 acres of mountain delight (with a large piece of great horse pasture) accessed directly from Ideal Canyon Road, a year-round county-maintained road with power and phone available (most of Silver Spurs Ranch does not have land phone lines). While the views from most of this property are really great in all directions, at the mesa top (elevation 6,695 ft.) the 360° views are excellent. The valley/pasture crosses this property from east to west and continues into the BLM property beyond the west fence line. This is a pretty nice drainage with lots of seasonal water flow and excellent grass. In hiking the property we came across the area shown below.
